Terms of Service - BLACKLIST

  • Upon first offense, you will be warned about your behavior. With repeated offensive, you will be blacklisted.

  • If you are blacklisted, you will also be blocked from all accounts regarding this species. Any Kalénnazosii you may have will be revoked depending on your offense.

  • Blacklist may be lifted if you have changed or no longer commit offenses.

  • Some offenses will blacklist you immediately without warning. These are marked in ITALICS. This blacklisting is permanent.

  • The blacklist is only given to GAs and people who want to trade their Kalénnazos to prevent harassment.

Blacklistable offenses

  • Tracing, heavily copying without permission or credit. Scamming others as well.

  • Harassing me, GAs, or others for free Kalénnazos.

  • Harassment and bullying in general

  • Gatekeeping of any kind. Design inspiration, color palettes, basing designs on existing media, etc.

  • Racism, sexism, homophobia, other discriminatory behaviors.

  • Pedophilia, grooming, sexual harassment or coercion

  • Supporting, engaging, or creating sexual content of feral animals or underaged characters– regardless if they are fictional.

  • Creating sexual content of a feral Kalénnazos will immediately get you blacklisted and your characters revoked, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Terms of Service - Trading

  • If you wish to trade/put your Kalénnazos up for any offers, you MUST get permission from me so I can provide you with the blacklist and update the masterlist. You may also give your Kalénnazos up to me so I can put them up for offers for you, or return them to the adopt artist, if any.

  • If you got a Kalénnazos for free (raffle) you may NOT receive anything for them unless they have additional art.

  • Do not sell Kalénnazosii for more than their base price, unless they have additional art.

  • Knowingly giving a blacklisted person a Kalénnazos will likely result in your own blacklisting.

  • All Kalénnazosii, adopts or self made Ocs, will have a trading/UFO cooldown time of 1 month.

  • Mild redesigns of adopts are allowed with permission from the original designer, it must still resemble the original in some way. Redesigns of rare Kalénnazos adopts MUST be approved BOTH by the original designer AND Kalénnazos owner.

  • You are allowed to change traits within the open or closed tiers (ex. Rare -> Rare, Common/Uncommon -> Common/Uncommon).
